Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our service, which involves the immediate generation of a temporary flight reservation upon payment, all sales are final. Once your reservation has been created and delivered, we are unable to process a refund.

This policy exists because our service involves creating a real temporary booking in airline reservation systems, which incurs costs upon generation regardless of whether the reservation is ultimately used.

2. Exceptions

We may offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

2.1 Delivery Failure

If we fail to deliver your reservation document within 30 minutes of payment confirmation (during operating hours), you may request a full refund or an immediate re-delivery.

2.2 Incorrect Information Due to Our Error

If the reservation contains incorrect information (wrong name, wrong route, wrong dates) that was caused by a system error on our end (not due to incorrect information entered by you), we will issue a corrected reservation at no additional cost. If we are unable to correct the error, a full refund will be provided.

2.3 Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same order, the duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

2.4 Payment Processing Failure

If payment was successfully processed but our system failed to generate a reservation, a full refund will be issued automatically. If this does not happen, please contact us and we will process it manually.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the reservation has been generated.
• Visa application rejection or denial by an embassy or consulate.
• Entry denial by immigration authorities.
• Denial of boarding by an airline.
• Travel plan changes after the reservation has been created.
• Incorrect information entered by the customer during booking.
• Reservation expired before the visa appointment (timing issue on customer's end).
• Customer decided not to use the reservation.

4. Modifications and Replacements

While we do not offer refunds for the situations listed above, we may be able to help in other ways:

• Date Changes: If your travel dates have changed, contact us and we may be able to issue a new reservation at a reduced cost or free of charge, depending on the circumstances.
• Name Corrections: If there is a minor spelling error in the passenger name, contact us immediately and we will issue a corrected reservation.
• Route Changes: If you need to change your route, a new reservation will need to be purchased.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order ID or booking reference.
• The email address used during booking.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider.

7. Why Our Price Is Low

Our service is priced at $4 per passenger to provide an affordable alternative to purchasing expensive non-refundable airline tickets before visa approval. This low price point means that even if your visa is denied or your plans change, your financial exposure is minimal compared to the hundreds or thousands of dollars you would lose on a full-priced ticket.
